Launch Quick Assist on Windows
Using the Search bar on your Windows computer, search for Quick Assist. Depending on your version of Windows, the search button may look a little different. But it should be a very similar process.
2. Once you find quick assist, go ahead and open it. It should open up with a screen allowing you to enter a code. I will provide a code to you once we are in our meeting that will allow me to get connected with you.

Proceed to Microsoft’s Quick Assist Link - Microsoft Quick Assist
Read the agreement Microsoft provides and accept.
Scroll down to the “Quick Assist web app” section of the website.
Once you scroll down, select “Open the Quick Assist Web App”. This will open another tab allowing you to enter the security code provided by me during our support session.
